In the meantime, here are 9 easy steps to get the most out of your experience:
- Use headphones for the best audio experience.
- Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. (You will want to lie down for the actual session and a blanket and cushion under the neck or knees may help make you more comfortable).
- Have something to cover your eyes ie: eye mask, tuque to pull over or even a scarf.
- Check you have a solid internet connection in order to get the best out of the experience.
- If you are using a phone, please make sure it is plugged in and charged.
- Don’t eat heavily before your session.
- Have some paper, journal and a pen, or crayons beside you. Many people like to record memories of their experience either with words or pictures.
- Think about an intention for your session. What is your intention to receive from this session today?
