In the meantime, here are 9 easy steps to get the most out of your experience:

  1. Use headphones for the best audio experience.
  2. Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. (You will want to lie down for the actual session and a blanket and cushion under the neck or knees may help make you more comfortable).
  3. Have something to cover your eyes ie: eye mask, tuque to pull over or even a scarf.
  4. Check you have a solid internet connection in order to get the best out of the experience.
  5. If you are using a phone, please make sure it is plugged in and charged.
  6. Don’t eat heavily before your session.
  7. Have some paper, journal and a pen, or crayons beside you. Many people like to record memories of their experience either with words or pictures.
  8. Think about an intention for your session. What is your intention to receive from this session today?​​​​​
