Hey there, I'm Meleah!
I'm a Somatic Embodiment Facilitator specializing in helping individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, and trauma. I've been in your shoes and understand the challenges firsthand.
I used to rely on things like journaling, talk therapy, podcasts, positive affirmations, and gratitude journaling to manage my anxiety and stress. While these practices had their benefits, I felt like something was sort of... missing. That's when I discovered the power of a Somatic (body-based) approach to healing my mind.
After getting a Bachelors in Psychology, a Masters in Clinical Psychology and lotsss of trial and error in my personal healing journey for over 8 years now... I've found the things that work best for me. Today, I guide my clients through these same tools in rewiring their nervous systems and finding lasting relief. By incorporating somatic psychology, breathwork, and mindfulness, we tap into the body's wisdom to release tension, regulate emotions, and cultivate peace--no matter how chaotic the world is around you.
