What to Expect:Â
This journey is designed to help you get into your own bodies and be present with one another here, connecting on a somatic level to enhance your physical, emotional, and spiritual intimacy with one another.Â
Hereâs a general overview of what to expect (without giving too much of the juicy deets lol):Â
You will begin by connecting you to your own body first, before connecting with one another. To start, youâll both lie down on your backs, next to one another, in bed and will be guided through a grounding meditation to connect into your own body.Â
Please make sure you have space on the bed to lie down flat on your backs, sit cross-legged, and also have space in the room so you can get up off the bed and move around a little bit. Â
Eventually, youâll be invited to take the reins and play with one another while the music continues to play.
When itâs your turn to take the reins and explore one another, I invite you to take your time. Donât rush it. Be present with every single little movement and touch. Slow it down even more than you think you should. Let it be a long, drawn out, juicy adventure with each other. Â

The most important thing to remember is to HAVE FUN! Let yourselves be silly, adventurous, and come at it with a curious attitude. You may be very surprised what happens when you allow yourself to sink into it and guide you.Â
Have an open mind, an open heart, let your bodies take you on a journey and, most importantly, ENJOY!!Â
Tips before you begin:Â
- Make sure you have lots of time and space to just be with one another with no distractions for at least 90 minutes.
- If you wish to take any type of substances beforehand, I welcome you to do so. Please do not drink alcohol before this. The goal is for you to be present and connected. And since alcohol is a dissociative, I encourage you to take something else that will help you get into your body and connect.Â
- Take a hot bath or shower before you begin and get into comfy clothes so that youâre both relaxed and clean (Tip: showering together beforehand is always fun)Â
- Play the audio from a speaker so you can both easily hear both the music and my voice.Â
- Hereâs the Spotify playlist for you to listen to later. You can add it to your favorites and play it whenever you want to revisit this space together.Â
