Hey, I'm Meleah!
Growing up, I suffered from severe anxiety and depression, and was later diagnosed with C-PTSD. Chronic pain, constantly getting sick, and feeling like I was just "hardwired" to be an emotional mess was my normal. I was desperate to find anything that would help me find peace.Â
When I began my healing journey back in 2016... I guess you could say I turned into a personal development junkie. I was in talk therapy every week. Self-help books and journals filled my bookshelves. I listened to all sorts of podcasts & did everything I could to '"change my life by changing my thoughts".
One day, my therapist recommended that I read the book 'The Body Keeps the Score' and everything changed. I learned how anxiety, stress, and past trauma gets stored in the body. More specifically, I learned how the emotions stored in your body deeply impact how you feel mentally, emotionally & spiritually. I quickly became obsessed with this new realization and went on a deep-dive, which I've been on for the last 10 years now.
Since then, I've gotten a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Psychology, and have completed multiple certification programs to learn somatic modalities that have all helped me heal myself from chronic illness, severe mental health challenges, and even toxic relationship patterns.
I've learned a lot along the way, but there are a couple tools that helped me more than anything else. And now, I use these same tools with my clients inside of my 1:1 containers, my self-paced online courses, and my Somatic Self-Healers membership--all designed to help you rewire your nervous system, release repressed emotions and trauma & become your own best self-healer, using holistic, body-based approaches.Â

You consider yourself to be in the middle of a mental, emotional, or spiritual crisis. While the tools in this program are incredibly helpful for navigating trauma & challenging emotions, this program may not be the best starting point if you're needing immediate support. In this case, I'd recommend reaching out to a mental health professional (such as a therapist) first before making your way back to this space to join us!
You're not committed to personal growth & trying new things. If you're not willing to actively engage in practices and resources that encourage self-discovery and exploration, this membership may not provide the intended benefits you're looking for. This membership requires active participation and a desire to learn more about who you are beneath the surface.
You're not interested in a holistic approach:Â If you're looking for quick fixes, overnight solutions, or are not open to a holistic mind-body approach, this program is most likely not the best fit for you and what you're looking for. We also love incorporating some spirituality into the mix, too, so if some spiritual vibes here and there isn't your jam, this probably isn't your space.
You're not willing to put in the time to find what works for you. My role is providing you with the tools and different modalities that help you find what uniquely works for you and your self-healing process. While I'll be there to support you every step of the way until you find what works for you, this can take time. If you're not willing to spend time exploring and get curious in the process, this membership probably isn't the best fit for you.

I noticed some uncomfortable energetic blockages that were related to some deep-rooted childhood themes of being âgood enoughâ and some of which manifested as sadness and codependent behavioral patterns. I faced these with tender non-judgemental acceptance rather than resistance, and subsequently released some physical blockages in a non-linear somatic way.
